In Monobloc we offer our personal training programs for you to reach your goals, whether you've been climbing for a short while or you've been at it for years. Our coaches will plan out your training program aimed at your particular goals and based on a test and an interview. The guidelines you get will be adapted to your starting point and aspirations. Besides, you'll have one-on-one weekly lessons with your coach.
Training program based on starting point and goals
