Do I need to fill out a form or sign anything?

Yes: on your first visit we will ask you to read and sign the terms and conditions and create your Monobloc ID. Visitors under 16 will need authorization from a responsible adult. Start climbing today!

Who can climb?

Everyone can climb! Climbing is instinctive for humans. Whether you are an adult or a child, athletic or not: if you want to discover climbing, come to Monobloc.

What type of climbing is offered at Monobloc?

Bouldering at all our hubs. At Monobloc Reus you will also find a rope climbing area. Each gym has over 1000 m² of climbable surface dedicated mainly to bouldering.

What is bouldering?

Bouldering is a climbing discipline practiced without ropes. Don't worry — falls are safe! Below the walls, up to a maximum height of 4.5 metres, there are mats that cushion your fall. Anyone can start climbing right away without knowing rope skills or using harness equipment: just bring climbing shoes, chalk, and a willingness to have fun. Bouldering is athletic, challenging, demanding, fun, and social. Come try it — you will want more!

Do I need to bring special equipment?

You will need climbing shoes and liquid chalk. If you don't have them, you can rent or buy everything in our shop. Remember to wear comfortable clothes or sportswear.

Do you rent climbing shoes?

Yes: we rent Tenaya climbing shoes, perfect for your first times or if you want to invite friends to try. It is always better to have your own pair, which you can buy in our shop.

From what age can you climb?

At Sants and La Sagrera we do not recommend under 6–7; until age 12 they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. At Reus the Monobloc minimum age is 4; kids climbing is at Minibloc.
