All three Monobloc gyms have CCTV cameras. Information signs are posted in each hall. This page meets the information duty in article 22 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the GDPR.

Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is the security of people and property on the premises. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f and LOPDGDD art. 22). Images are not published and are not used for advertising or for employment monitoring beyond security.
Retention
Recordings are kept for at most one month from capture, unless they must be kept to establish acts against people, property or the premises, as provided in LOPDGDD article 22.3.
Recipients
Images are not shared with third parties except where the law requires it or the police or a court requests them.
Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, erasure and the other GDPR rights by writing to the gym controller’s email or to info@monobloc.es, with proof of identity. Access to images of other people is only possible on the terms the law allows. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
