Sants turns two
Around 500 people, kneebar duels with Black Pad, grip strength, pinch lifts, Bingo Bloc and a prize draw: this was Monobloc Sants' second anniversary.

Event finished
On 3 October Monobloc Sants turned two, and around 500 people came through the gym. By mid-afternoon there wasn't a free patch of mat left.
At the Black Pad station there were kneebar duels: two people hanging by the knee alone, and whoever holds on longest wins. Women and men shared the bracket, and what surprised us most was how well the women did. The final of the afternoon tournament was between two women.
There was also a grip-strength test on the dynamometer, a pinch lift and Bingo Bloc. To finish, the prize draw: some gifts stayed in the gym and the rest were raffled on Instagram.
